Shipping
We ship via USPS First Class in the USA and Internationally. Some orders are shipped via UPS and Fed Ex as requested by customers or as size of product permits.
International customers please note: Final price does not include your country tariff or taxes where applicable.
Insurance on shipments are at the request of the customer unless the item is $50 or more and it is automatically applied.
Privacy
We take your privacy very seriously. We do not store your financial data, not do we share, sell, or anything that would compromise your personal data. That is just wrong and it is against the law. We store you contact information and that is only if you purchase and or become a part of our mailing list. You information is 100% safe with us.
Returns
We have a seven day return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Customer must pay return shipping on all returned merchandise and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Order Cancellations
We also can cancel Pre-Orders / Custom Orders within two days of purchase. After two days past your purchase date if you want to cancel your order you can still do that. There will be a 25% assessment fee. Anything that is 12 plus days past your purchase date cannot be cancelled. This is due to materials, and labor that have been used to build your Pre-Order or Custom Order.
